Is Biblical Archaeology Relevant?
A talk presented by
Janet Crisler of Oxford, England
Saturday, April 21
Cobbey Crisler talks for sale – proceeds to benefit Lynn House
Janet’s formal training was originally in music and at the Cordon Bleu. However, after meeting Cobbey Crisler her interests turned to archaeology. Together they dug at Caesarea Maritime, an ancient port city in Palestine on the Mediterranean Sea. Laboring from dawn to dusk in the blazing hot sun, and loving every minute, she became a “Field Archaeologist”—earning her training through hours on site with premier Biblical archaeologists. This work provided her early glimpses into the world of archaeology, and her love and knowledge of the subject has since steadily grown. Please join us as she speaks about the present day importance of Biblical archaeology
