Independent
The Independent level is for those who need little or no help with personal care. These residents appreciate having a simple life style in a supportive Christian Science environment. There is a flat monthly rate that includes all meals, housekeeping, laundry, activities, and internet service. Residents are welcome to bring their own home furnishings and decor.
Assisted Living
The Assisted Living level includes the benefits listed above plus the ability to purchase an additional one and one-half hours per day of assistance with activities of daily living (such as bathing, grooming, toileting, personal care, and mobility). A higher monthly flat rate includes these additional services and options.
Sample Floorplan
Residential rooms feature one simple floor plan to decorate as you wish.
The pull-out closet in the bathroom is 6″ wide and 2′ deep, with five shelves. The bedroom closet is 2’2″ deep x 4’5″ in length x 8’8″ high, with two shelves starting at 5’6″ off the floor and the second shelf 13″ above the first. Ceiling height in room is 8’8″ except in room entry area where the height is 7’8″.
